I am Aamna (she/her), a teen Bibliophile, a desi writer, and a lover of words. I will consume any form of art you can give me. More often than not, you can find me reading, or writing/ daydreaming about my WIP, or either talking or listening to something or the other related to stories.

 My passion for books, particularly in the fantasy and mystical genre drove me to create this blog as an outlet for my creativity and a helping hand for all those looking for great books to read. Some of my favorite genres are fantasy, sci-fi, YA, romance, mysteries, dark academia, and literary fiction.

I try to do some writing whenever possible. My writing tends to fluctuate between editorials, journalism, and creative nonfiction. I write about diversity, women's rights, politics, arts & culture, and anything else that I find interesting.

I work with the Incandescent Review as a creative writer;

with Sea Glass Lit as an editor and;

with The Young Writers Initiative as a content writer for the marketing team. 

 

I am also weirdly obsessed with Marvel, ice cream, really bad art journaling, and Scrabble.
